For an extra person staying in one of the rooms (Triple Occupancy, There is an additional charge of $65.00 US which includes tax and breakfast per person per night. Children under 17 years accompanied by an adult can stay free of charge for the room BUT there is an additional US $15.00 inclusive of tax per child per night. Additional meal plan rates will apply for persons over 4 years of age based on final confirmation rate.
Service charge is not applicable and Gratuity is therefore at the discretion of the guest.
Where payment for all charges are to be made individually, a credit card number is required to guarantee each reservation. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Each guest will be responsible for all of their charges which are directly payable to the Hotel prior to departure. payment is also accepted by cash or Traveler's Cheques. The Hotel will NOT accept personal cheques. A group code is provided for the booking of a room.
Payment for any additional charges or services is due prior to departure.
A credit card authorization or advance cash deposit will be required on check-in to cover each reservation for incidental charges.
ROOM ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS:
Check in is 3:00pm. Check out is 12:00 noon. Early arrival and late departure will be granted at an additional cost of US $45.00 on a space availability basis. There is no penalty for early departure.
Rooms should be booked within the Group Rooming list and should be done fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Any rooms not booked by this date will be released with the proviso that additions will be accepted on a space availability basis.
Individual cancellations received fourteen (14) days prior to arrival or no-shows after midnight of the day of arrival will incur a penalty of one (1) night’s room cost.
